The Berlin Veterans Foundation, Inc. Board wasestablished by the authority of the bylaws adopted by its foundingmembership on March 31, 2004. The Board consists of the Board ofDirectors duly elected by the membership per the bylaws and serve untilelections are again held the following December. The board members areunpaid and serve voluntarily and there is no compensated staff.Membership is open to any person, organization or group upon payment ofannual dues. A copy of the foundation bylaws is available upon request.
